RNs On-Call uses the national "gold standard" of telephone triage protocols.

Pediatric calls are handled using the May 2006 version of Pediatric Telephone Protocols by Barton Schmitt, MD, as published by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Adult Telephone Protocols by David Thompson, MD, FACEP provides 80 protocols for use with adult patients.

Our OB/GYN protocols are found in Telephone Triage for Obstetrics & Gynecology by Lang and McMullen and are available through the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
