Our system provides real-time
telephone interpreting services in over 150 languages. Qualified
interpreters and translators are trained in the telehealth industry to
aid in all communication needs. In less than a minute, your limited
English speaker can be connected with an interpreter for any language,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
Telephone Accessed Interpretation is accomplished via three-way
conference. A simple call from our nurse to an Operator will allow the
caller to be connected to an interpreter...in seconds. Once the
interpreter is on-line, our nurse, the limited English speaker, and the
interpreter continue the conversation with no further handling by the
Operator. HIPAA compliance is strictly adhered to.
A large staff of qualified interpreters is ready to take calls. All interpreters undergo in-house Credentialing and
Orientation programs to assure they are qualified to perform in the
field required. They must also pass a specialty test with a grade of
90% to be certified. In addition, interpreters are required to complete
all certifications required by outside agencies. Trained language
supervisors on a continuing basis supervise all translation and
interpretations.
